Cintiq Pro 24 DTK-2420 cannot connect via long USB extension cable

Hi all,

I have a need to run our DTK-2420 a long distance from the PC. I purchased a 50ft fiber optic USB-A extension cord but after connection the tablet is not being recognised by the PC.

Just to make sure I used a much shorter 4ft USB extension cable and that worked. My question is whether there's a distance limit on USB send/receive from the tablet?

  Hi Kelvin P, 

  I don't know if there's a limit as this is not a scenario we usually test. I know of other users in the past that used a KVM Switch on a similar solution.
