Legacy Pan/scroll selecting at the same time. Intuos Pro PTH660

I have the issue with legacy pan/scroll selecting everything while scrolling. It seems to left click while using the side button (legacy pan/scroll) simultaneously. Using IOS 26 and latest wacom driver. Even bought a new Pro Pen 2 cause I thought that was it. 

Is this just me?
