    Thanks for reaching out. 

    What you report suggests potentially a driver issue with Touch crashing or a hardware issue with the touch control itself. 

    The message will appear if the driver crashes and restarts, re-establishing the connection with the tablet,  

    I have a few follow-up questions: 

    • What are the recovery steps you are doing when the issue happens? 
    • What is you usual touch status? Is the Touch Toggle On or Off by default? 
    • Can you try the work device at home to see if there is an issue with the driver or the hardware?
