    Hi Raymond Jacobs

Thanks for reaching out. Can you please clarify exactly what happens? When you connect the tablet does it not show in the Wacom Center, or are you getting an error message in the Wacom Center?
When you plug the device via USB, does the LED light up?

I had to reinstall it, and after that, I could no longer use the tablet. I kept getting a message saying that the Wacom Center couldn't connect to the tablet. The white LED on the tablet Is active when the tablet is connectie with the USB cable.

    Hi Raymond Jacobs

Thanks for clarifying. Can you please check the steps here and make sure you are able to follow them:
    https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/34849924621975-Does-Wacom-have-a-driver-for-macOS-26-Tahoe

It is specially important that you try step 4 and 5 specifically. If you have any trouble, let us know.

I am having the same issue, the steps linked do not work, as I still get a message saying that the Wacom Center couldn't connect to the tablet. The white LED on the tablet Is active when the tablet is connectie with the USB cable.

    Hi Alan Klughammer

Can you clarify exactly what the message is? Also, which driver, Operating System and Wacom device you are using?

I have a Intuos Pro M Model PTH-651 on an older imac running Tahoe 26.2. Driver version: Wacom Tablet 6.3.40-2

I have followed the install videos (aside: I would prefer a text tutorial over a video. Easier to review and easier to go back and forward through the steps)

Wacom Desktop Centre just says, "No Device Connected"

PS. this only happened once I updated the driver. The tablet has been working for years.

    Hi Alan Klughammer

I wonder why you are using such an old driver?

I would recommend you to use driver 6.4.9: https://cdn.wacom.com/u/productsupport/drivers/mac/professional/WacomTablet_6.4.9-2.dmg

Also, that error message simply states that no Wacom device is connected which means there is a connection issue. How are you connecting the tablet?
Please check the cable works and replace the cable if necessary.

João - same issue here. Tablet model PTH-660 running Mac OS 14.7.7 and downloaded the latest driver (6.4.12-3) today. Thinking I must have done something wrong on the first try, after trying all the steps,  I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, and but it still does not show up in Wacom Center at all. . Haven't used the tablet in a while but I am using a good USB-C cord to connect it and the white and red LEDs light up. but it does not work with touch or pen. Any insight? Wacom Center just says "Connect a device to see its settings here"

João If I use a newer driver, the tablet is not recognized. Using the older driver still gives me some functionality.
