EK Reomte on my Windows Cintiq Stopped working.

This happened once before and was fixed by resetting the remote. This time it shows no lights or any activity.

  Hi Frank Hibbard, 

  If the LED is not lighting up, then the battery is probably drained. have you tried charging it? Does the LED light up then? If not, please try a different cable.
  
  If the issue persist, then there's probably a problem with the battery.
