No one but you have access to your data.  Your content can only be accessed by by signing in with your Wacom ID and Password. There is no other way to access your user created content.

All Wacom user created content in Wacom Inkspace app, Wacom Bamboo paper, or created in Wacom Inkspace.com is hosted in Western Europe Data Center.
