You, the user, own your content. Wacom does not assert any ownership to sell, use, copy, distribute or access your data in any way other than to deliver the service agreed in our TOU, EULA and Privacy Policies

No one but you have access to your data.  Your content can only be accessed by by signing in with your Wacom ID and Password. There is no other way to access your user created content.

The best way to make sure your data is deleted is to remove the data from your account. Sign into your Wacom Application, with your Wacom ID, and delete any content you no longer want.  Deleting in permanent.
