Wacom Cintiq22 - Pen only working right after calibration
Hi,
I have a Cintiq22 which works very erratically. The thing is that the pen and screen do nothing ( they do not react or are irresponsive) when trying to use the Pen over it. However, if I open the Wacom Settings and force a "calibration", it does work. So long I keep using it without stop the screen works flawlessly and I can even see all the stats and pressure from the Diagnostic dialog ( Wacom settings->About->Diagnose). The moment I stop hovering the pen over the screen, even for a second, then the pen stops working completely and I have to do the "force calibration" again to make it work again.
As this point, it makes the device almost completely useless. I am on Windows 10 on a multi-screen setup and all windows updates on. I have tried with Windows Ink both ON and OFF with no further success.
Any idea?
