DTH2420 Express Key USB Port broken?

Hi all,

 I had the 27" Cintiq Pro for 3 Weeks now. Suddenly the Express Remote does not get a connection anymore.

Unplugged the small receiver from the hidden USB port in the back and put in one of the 4 side USBs and it works. Not that I need 4, but this seems odd/broken.

  I actually have another problem now and I just installed the newest driver yesterday, too. I get phantom touch issues. A short Diagnose shows a certain point that is sticky. A Driver check show problems and after restart it works again. This happened 3 times now in one day.  Should I go back the older driver?

  I am on Ventura on a Mac Studio M2 connected via USB C.

  Hi Bernd Vonau, ghost touch input issues normally indicate an issue with the sensor. This would not be a driver issue.
