Wacom Intuos 2018 not charging
Hi all, can you help? My Wacom Intuos isn't charging - there's no amber light to suggest it's charging when I have it plugged in

- Please try replacing the cable or try a different USB port or charger
- If that doesn't help, then there is probably an issue with the USB port or the battery of your Intuos.
In that case, please check directly with the support team for further advice.
