Pen and/or display not working after long time

Hello! 

 

I have tried to use my Wacom One (DTC133) pen tablet after over a year without use. The tablet nicely connects to the PC, but neither pen nor fingers touch work. What can I do?

 

- I have reinstalled the drivers,

- I have tried on different device,

- Tablet display works fine,

- It was stored on the shelf, so it was quite dusty.

 

Appreciate any assistance!

  Hi Lech Krupa, 

  Please make sure you connect the USB cable to the computer correctly. 

  The connection should look like this: 

  https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006333382-How-do-I-connect-the-Wacom-One-DTC133-to-a-computer

  If the problem persists, let us know.

  Hello Joao,

   

  I have plugged the USB as instructed, tried three different USB slots and another laptop. It did not help.

  Then there is probably a problem with the cable.
