Pan/zoom in remote desktop does not work.

I have an Intuos S CTL4100, and I’m working with a remote desktop. However, I'm having a problem: the Pan/Zoom gesture does not work.

On the local PC, it works correctly Pan and zoom, but on the remote desktop, the gesture only performs zoom. I have tried many options, but nothing seems to work.

Could you please help me with advice or a solution? Thank you!

  Hi mauricio peña, 

  Can you clarify which remote desktop solution you are using? 

  In this case, if the gesture is partially recognised in the client, then could you collect some logs and provide a more clear description of your setup (OS version, drivers, Apps you are using, etc.)?

  Hi Joao,

  I use remote desktop connection, default app from windows for remote working. 

  (- Os version WIN 10 22H2 - Driver wacom: 6.4.5-5 ) information for both machines, local and remote. 

  The gesture Pan/Zoom does not work in Autocad all versions, in the remote desktop, however in local machine (laptop) the gesture work correctly. I have the .waczip but I cannot attach in this message.
