Wacom One pen lagging, jumping, and only scrolling
I have the Wacom CTL 472, whose pen has suddenly stopped working. The movements of the pen seem to be barely tracked, the cursor lags and jumps around. And when pressing down and moving, specifically on photoshop, the pen only scrolls the canvas around. Outside of not drawing, the pen doesn't even work smoothly as a mouse. This issue occurred suddenly, and was momentarily fixed by unplugging and re-plugging the tablet, but stopped working after a few minutes again. I have updated, uninstalled, and reinstalled the wacom driver. I have even changed the pen nib, and disabled windows ink. Nothing seems to be fixing this issue and I can't seem to figure out whether its the pen or tablet that require a replacement, or if it's a hardware issue. How do I fix this?

I have found that the issue seems to be with the pen of the tablet, as a new pen of the same kind is working fine with the tablet and computer. Even after trying all the steps listed in the link, the pen still does not seem to work. Is there another way to fix this instead of resorting to buying a new pen tablet?

Hi Naviya Panattu,
Thanks for letting me know. I'm afraid there's no way to repair the pen and this cannot be fixed on software level.
The recommendation is really to replace the pen.
