My pen pressure simply isnt working that well

whenever i try using the pen, lightly tapping it doesnt register a click, right now im using wacom intuos pro as my hardware, and its really annoying me, i tried changing the pen lead, restarting my laptop and redownloading a new driver, unfortunately it doesnt work at all, the pen STILL registers the click, but only when i press it hard, i hope i can get some help ASAP

  Does it help when you adjust the pen sensitivity slider in the Wacom Center? 
  

  If that doesn't help, then you might need to replace the pen.
