No Device Is Currently Connected - Cintiq 32 Pro
My Cintiq 32 pro is connected and working as a display, but the pen does not work and it is not showing up in as a device in the Wacom Center. I'm running it on Windows 10 and have installed the latest drivers. I've tried swapping the USB cable with no success.

Hi Hallie Funk,
You're on the right track by replacing the USB cable. Are you using a desktop or laptop computer? Have you tried connecting directly to the back USB ports if you are using a Desktop?
Also, if you are using an adapter, please try removing this and connecting directly to your computer. The Cintiq Pro 32 also has 2 ports that you can use to connect to your computer. A USB-A and USB-C ports.
Please try one of the other ports and see if you can establish a connection this way.

If that is the case, please reach out to your regional support team.

I'm using a Desktop and have tried all the USB ports in the back and front with the new USB cable. I'm going to try connecting to a different computer before accepting that its probably a hardware issue that needs repair. Thank you for the tips and links!

Hey João,
I've tried connecting the Wacom to a different computer with mulitple USB-A and USB-C cables and it is not showing up as a connected device. It does appear to be a hardware issue, thank you for your support and the link to pursue the issue.
