Wacom Cintiq pro - drawing with hand on tablet

Question:  When I draw on my cintiq pro 16, the tablet also registers my hand and makes lines with my hand instead of my pen. Even with a glove I can still draw with it. Multi touch on or off doesn't do anything...

What can I do to prevent this problem? Any ideas?

  Hi Ellen, 

  Which operating system and wacom driver version are you using. We just released a new driver version. Please install this and check if the issue persists: 

  https://www.wacom.com/en-de/support/product-support/drivers

  Palm rejection should activate when the pen is in proximity avoiding that the your hand interfere with the pen input. This could either be a bug with the driver, or a firmware/hardware issue with the tablet.

  The issue was my driver! I saw that I had an update and after that it worked fine! Thanks so much.
