Wacom Intuos Pro M Bluetooth Range

Hello, and good day. I recently received my Wacom tablet. It is amazing and definitely a step up from the Xpen that I was using prior. I do have one issue though. In bluetooth, i can only connect to my laptop when the tablet is directly on top of the keyboard, once it connects, if i move the tablet away from the laptop, even less than a foot away, I lose connectivity.

  Glad you are enjoying your new Intuos Pro.

  Bluetooth is always more subjective to external interference. Please try the steps here to see if the connection improves.

  Thank you for your response, I have tried these steps to no avail. The tablet still only connects and works when it is right on top of my laptop.

  Hi Aarom Gasser, 

  At this point I can't tell if the issue is the Bluetooth module on the Intuos Pro, or the receiver. Does the same happen when you pair the Intuos Pro with another device?

  I did try the tablet out on my daughter’s laptop and it works fine. So the issue does seem to be my laptop.
