    3. Cintiq 16 display on but pen does nothing

    Im on windows 11. i plug it in and the display comes on. but the Wacom Center says nothing is connected. i tried with an old intuos BT M tablet, and THAT registers as connected in the Wacom Center.

    i cannot figure out why, but i cannot use my pen on the display. my display is on, but the pen does nothing (sorry to repeat the subject.) i have downloaded the driver again, restarted my computer ...
