Help Identify this defect with tablet screen

I have a 32 inch tablet screen. A month or so after purchase burned out areas appeared in middle screen field. I brought a ticket to WACOM, they insisted these were from pen pressure (and therefore not under warranty) Lately, when I turn the tablet on there are tiny - I don't know how to describe them - flecks, that appear under the burn areas. This are difficult to photograph but I have attempted to here, has anyone seen these before? Just for clarity, it isn't anything on the screen, I wiped with a chamois, and it's after I turn the WACOM on, after the Brand logo flashes and before any image comes up, so it's not artefacts from an image. If I had to guess, it looks like something under the screen? Any help?

  Hi João, you are correct I did submit a support ticket, this post, however is different, I am trying to reach out to the larger group of Tablet users and see if anyone else has come across this & what their experience has been.
