Mouse mode does not work in my Intuos S

When I try to turn on mouse mode on my tablet on any app or on the desktop it does not work, but in pen mode it works perfectly fine and I don't know what to do

  Hi, 

  I am not aware of any issues with Mouse mode. Can you provide more details? 

  OS version? Driver version? 

  Mind that in mouse mode, the pen tablet is just read as a mouse so the system should definitely be able to pick that up.
