Can't detect Internet Connection

My Wacom App cannot detect any internet to connect to...even though I have internet and I'm connected....
I have windows 11. Yes, at some point before, months?, it was able to connect.

  Hi, 

  I just tested and it seems to be working fine. Did you check if maybe some Anti virus or Firewall is blocking the access?
