My Wacom Cintiq 22 isn't being recognized!

So my Wacom Cintiq 22 suddenly isn't being shown as a connected device in both the Wacom center and Wacom tablet properties window! When I try to use the pen on it, the pen doesn't work! It like the tablet is now useless! I can only use it as a monitor and not a tablet! Please how do I fox this? I want to draw on the tablet for an important job! I have tried re-installing the drivers and made sure the drivers are up to date but it still doesn't work. I'm on windows 10 pro. One more thing to mention, I'm also using a Wacom intuos small (CTL-4100) which is being recognized and works fine but for some reason the Cintiq just doesn't work completely!

  Hi luigi sanya, 

  Since the driver is working correctly, most likely, the USB cable is not properly connected. Please review the connection and replace the cable if necessary.
