Bamboo Capture W11 problems

I try to use my Bamboo Capture but can't use it, the buttons works but can not use it the surface for draw, the mouse pointer don't work

  Hi Roman, 

  Have you tried using the eraser end of the pen? Does the same issue happen? 

  • If the eraser work, then the pen is defective and needs to be replaced. 
  • If the eraser doesn't work either, then there is probably a problem with the tablet's pen sensor.

  Either way, this model is very old and no longer in service so it will not be possible to repair or even find a replacement pen.
