Touch is not working on Wacom CTL 490

I have Wacom CTL 490

when I connect it to PC it shows "touch off" " My device has no Touch Toggle switch, to toggle the touch feature on and off.
everything is working but the touch (click)

  Hi Mohammad AbuZaid, 

  The CTL-490 has no Touch sensor. It is very strange that you are even seeing the "Touch Off" message. Do you have any other Wacom devices connected besides the CTL-490?
