On-screen shortcuts close when touched

Hello - I'm running the most current version of the firmware/drivers for 27" Touchscreen on a Mac Pro.  In the last week, suddenly my custom on-screen shortcut grid has started closing/crashing every time I touch it. Other touchscreen grid panels (such as the default ones) might work, others close/crash similarly.

This is very disruptive to my workflow and I'm hoping for any suggestions to resolve the issues.

  Hi Sheena Johnson, 

  If you want a specific menu to stay on screen after you open it, you need to use the "pin" button on the upper right:
