Cintiq 22HD loses display signal once windows boots.

I have bought a second hand Cintiq 22HD and am trying to get it to work on my second (alternate) PC. It works fine on my normal PC - connections, visuals, everything. But on my second PC, and also on my laptop PC interestingly enough, it loses the display after the initial motherboard screen once windows boots up.

Does anyone have an explanation for this? My laptop has the latest windows 10, and I have the Wacom driver installed on the PCs (the pen works fine in all instances).

I've also tried it on my dad's Mac computer which works fine.

Any help appreciated.

  Hi Tim Siebert, 

  Seems like a connection issue with your Laptop specifically. Since we know the device works fine, I would recommend to check the laptop. Check if the graphic card drivers are up to date and doublecheck all the connections.
