Intuos Pro PTH-660 on BT stops working at 20% battery
When on Bluetooth, my tablet Intuos Pro flat out stops working when the battery hits 20%. A reminder does pop up to plug in but, even when you dismiss the reminder, it doesn't resume function until charging. I find this very annoying when I'm in the middle of adjusting a design and it just dies with 20% battery remaining.
This seems usual behavior since most devices will give more warning and continue to function until 10% or under. I can find nothing in the documentation that indicates this is expected behavior and no way to change the threshold. Using with a Mac mini. Software on both is up to date.
So, I'm reaching out to the community. Does everyone have this issue?

Hi Melanie Smith,
It is possible that the battery life of your tablet is no longer as long as it used to be and that the firmware is not able to tell. You should try to let it fully discharge and let if charge fully a couple of times and see if that helps.
If this continues you should contact the support team: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402518273943-How-do-I-contact-Wacom-Support

Thanks Joao. This tablet has behaved this way since it was new at the end of April '23. I was wondering if this is common or if there's specifically an issue with my tablet.
It discharged last night on stand-by to 17% but, then demands to be plugged in and will not function until plugged in so I'm not sure how to force it to discharge fully. I will contact support.

Hi Melanie Smith,
It will be fully discharged when you press the button and the LED doesn't turn ON anymore.
It's OK if this happens at 17%. Just remember to let it fully charge again. You will probably need a few discharge and recharge cycles to be able to see any difference.
