Wacom Mobile Studio pro issues
The screen is flashing oddly. It is glitching. I don't really know how else to explain it. The attached images are about all I have to show what is happening.

I can see what you mean. This could be caused by different factors. Please try:
- Check for Windows system updates and make sure to install them
- Check also for graphics updates from Intel and nVidia
