My one by wacom ctl-472 isnt working

So when I bought it, it worked perfectly fine for a year. then I stopped using it and it doesn't show that white light when its on. I plugged it in and the drivers weren't detecting my tablet and I used the same cable that I used to use before. I changed cables and still no sign of life. Did this happen to anyone and if so is there any way to fix it?

  Hi Edvard jrfhn, 

  Have you also tried other USB ports? If the LED on the One by Wacom is not powering ON, this means there is a problem with the connection and the tablet is not getting enough power.
