Grid panel interfering with other touch operations such as rotate and zoom
Hi all, I've just purchased a cintiq pro 27 and am having some issues with the grid panels in the Wacom software.
If I have a grid panel operating I can't use any other touch gestures such as pinch and rotate on the program behind it which kind if makes it a useless feature to have.
Does anyone have any ideas or solutions as to why this is or how to fix it?

Hi Jay Bryan,
Would it be possible that this is due to Selective Touch being turned ON?
Note that this feature is only available when Touch is turned off in the toggle switch in the back of the Cintiq Pro 27

Thanks for the reply Joao. No the touch feature is fully on. This problem occurs across the board with various programs and various grid panels. Basically the natural touch functionality of the current software ceases to work whilst the grid panel is open

The driver version is 6.4.6-2 and I’m running on windows 11 version 23h build 22631.3672. It’s interesting, I’m using Corel painter, rebelle 7 and krita. It does’nt work every time on rebelle, works intermittently on painter and now is working fine at all times on krita. I’m just using the default Wacom keys panel for testing.

Jay Bryan Windows natively supports touch displays so the touch functionality should work even without the Wacom driver installed. However, how touch is used in each application depends on how the application processes touch input.
As far as I have tested, Krita fully supports Touch and Windows based gestures but I am not sure about the other apps.
Seems Corel has different Touch support options but not sure how that is supposed to work in reality.

Hi Joao, thanks for your assistance. The touch support works fine in general just not when the grid panels are active. I have just uninstalled and re-installed the affected software but the same issues persist. Not sure what else to try. It definitely seems that the Wacom software is what is interfering with the touch functionality.
