Wacom Intuos not working
Hi!
So I got a Wacom Intuos small just a few weeks ago, and I’ve been having some issues with pressure sensitivity. Since the beginning, it would only register slightly harder pressure, but it wasn’t too bad and was still usable. But now, it won’t register anything at all unless I use an extreme amount of pressure on the tablet. I’ve tried redownloading the software and changing my pen settings, and no visible damage to pen or tablet, so not sure what’s wrong. I’ve also connected it to multiple devices, with no luck.
Any advice???

Thanks for reaching out. So if I understand correctly you already adjusted the pen tip sensitivity in the device settings correct?
Is this happening only with a specific App, or in general?
It could be that the pen pressure sensor has developed some defect but would be good to be sure before looking to replace the pen.
In case you confirm that the pen is defective, please reach out tot he support team to check for a replacement option.
