Driver is not working/ detecting on Mac OS 15.5
Updated the wacom driver and got the message 'No Wacom device detected'.
Allow in the background is on. Accessibility is on also. Please help.

There are only 2 possibilities that you will see that message:
- There is no device connected to the system so the driver will not detect any Wacom device connected
- The device you are using is no longer supported by the latest version you installed
Can you please confirm which Wacom device model you are using?

Thanks for confirming.
The Intuos 5 is a legacy model from over 10 years ago and is not supported with the latest driver unfortunately.
You will need to install the last available driver for the Intuos 5.

Do note that when this driver was released, Mac OS 15 was not released to we cannot ensure full compatibility.
You might need to consider upgrading your device at one point. If you need any advice, please let us know.
