Mac Studio Apple M3 Ultra & Wacom Intous Pro Medium (2025) driver fail
I recently purchased a Wacom Intuos Pro Medium (2025) and am unable to install the driver. I have spent 5–6 hours today attempting installation, but my computer Mac Studio Apple M3 Ultra does not detect the device.
I have followed all available instructions on forums and YouTube, yet the issue persists. Could this be a driver-related problem, or is there another recommended troubleshooting procedure I should follow?
I would greatly appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this matter.

Hi Michael Jönsson,
Please make sure you follow the complete Mac OS installation instructions. Mac OS requires additional permissions which need to be setup properly otherwise it won't work.

If the device is not being detected, then please check the connection and make sure the USB cables are properly connect all the way through.
If you are using Bluetooth, please check the connection steps here as well as the optimization steps.
In case you get an error message when you open the Wacom Center, please let me know exactly what that message is.
