Wacom Cintiq 16 Pro Port Issue?
So, if you have an issue with the tablets port itself, what?? Should you do?
Tablet will randomly disconnect, then eventually reconnect and i'll have to turn it back on. I only get around 3~ minutes before it disconnects and turns off again, without any input or movement from me. I've tried :
- Updating Drivers
- Testing Multiple different HDMI and USB-C Cables (And different ports on the computer itself,), the power cable is working (green light).
- Testing Multiple different computers.
This is a mainly unused Cintiq before, and I've always had issues with the turning off part, however it's actually starting to drive me just a little insane. Windows 10 and 11 have both been tested with it, and the issue persists on both. The only other option I've seen is the port itself has something wrong, (which by how the cables can jiggle I would assume may be it).
Is there a way to send it in, and get it looked at?
