Intuos Draw tablet light is on but does not respond to pen
I'm on Windows 11, my tablet was working fine until today when I hadn't used it for a few days - I left the tablet plugged in as usual but the pen is not working. I restarted my computer multiple times, reinstalled the Wacom drivers, and switched the pen nib to a fresh one, tried a different USB port.
The cord seems fine as the tablet lights up and is detected by the Wacom driver. The express keys work too.
I tried connecting it to a Windows 10 laptop, same problem.
It seems like it might be a hardware issue, at some point dragging the pen slowly near the edges of the tablet surface seemed to make it respond for a second (the indicator lighting up). But now it has gone back to not responding at all.
Wondering if anyone has seen this issue before!

Hi Sam Hsu,
Thanks for contact us and for your description of the issue. From what I could gather, there is either a defect with the pen or the tablet. I don't suppose you have a second pen you can use to test?
I would recommend you to contact the support team and check for replacement options: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402518273943-How-do-I-contact-Wacom-Support

Hi João, thanks for the answer.
Unfortunately I don't have another pen to test with.
I tried my tablet again today and it detects the pen better - but on most areas it seems to draw only along straight lines (vertical / horizontal), with the cursor jumping around most of the time. Not sure if this changes the diagnoses.
I will otherwise contact support.
