Wacom pro pen 3 replacement
Hello,
I have Wacom Movink 13, but the pen included on the tablet, did not have grip, So I ordered another Wacom pro pen 3 only because of the grip. Today in a normal session of work suddenly the button came off :(. I really Like the sensitivity of pro 3, I just wish it could be less fragile. I already created a ticket and i believe I'm within warranty time frame, but I don't know if they repair it or replace it. I am in a peak of my work, i hope they don't ask me to send the broken one before I receive a new replacement. Because then I cannot work at all in the period it takes for all the shipment and everything. Just a feedback for Wacom: please increase the quality of the pro pen 3 body since its a good pen.
