My Pen 2 (Intuos Pro (2017) only works via Bluetooth but not USB
Hi there, all of a sudden my Pen 2 stopped working while connected to USB. I always use the same method, same computer etc for a few years now without any issues. I have troubleshooted the cable, usb ports, rolled back driver and then also re-tried the latest and re0installed the latest. Nothing works.
The pen and pad work just fine connected to bluetooth, but only pad works (with touch and gesteures etc.) when connected via USB.
I feel i have exhausted all options, reviewed all info out there and my final suggestion is that it its the port on the pad itself that somehow is damaged. Everthing else, I believe I have tried.

When connected via USB, is the tablet detected in Wacom Center? Is there an LED lighting near the ring?
Can you clarify under which Operating system are you running?

Hi there, yes Wacom center shows the tablet but not the pen, then when I pull out the cable and use Bluetooth it shows the pen and it works, then I plug the cable back in and the pen doesnt work. The tablet works regardless of tether or Bluetooth. Everything is working as it should, LEDs etc. Just the pen wont work when tablet is tethered. Hope this makes sense. Operating system is the latest, Mac - Tahoe 26.1

That seems like a defect with the tablet main board.
