Hi João, Thank you for your attention. Unfortunately, I have ctl-471 which is not supported by this driver, I already had the latest version(6.4.3.1) when the problem occured.

Ivan Kononchuk Hi, are you using windows 10 too? I thought maybe updating to win 11 can fix the bug, but havent use it yet. I guess I'll write new post for wacom support.

I have that problem too, and João method doesn't help. Moreover, after the backup and restore feature ctrl+ffffff error still exist and doesnt change to ctrl+z. Is there anything else I can do?
