If your pen is not working properly, first, make sure all the cables are connected properly following the set up instructions here.
If the issue continues, the Wacom driver may not be installed or functioning correctly. Install (or reinstall) the latest driver software from the Product Resource page here (https://www.wacom.com/en-us/support/product-support/drivers).
