Bamboo Ink 2nd Gen Disconnecting
Hey, bought this stylus as a pair with a new laptop - Dell inspiron 16 (both from BestBuy)
When I did try to use it for the first time, I couldn't connect it to the laptop via bluetooth, did try to press the buttons as the getting started video explains, only had 1 white light which disappeared, and the laptop couldn't recognize it. put that aside, it still worked for me when i used wacom paper app, but sometimes whenever it wants, it stops working for several minutes - to hours, and then "come back life". did try to switch the battery, to remove and put back the nib as I do with my Display pen (Intuos) but nothing manage to fix it. so right now i can use the pen only when it wants to work. (did try to reinstall drivers and etc..)
Thanks in advance,
Nadav

Hi,
I have created a support ticket so we can assist you further - someone will contact you as soon as possible.
In the meantime, please see confirm which pen protocol the Dell Laptop supports. Also if you are using other Bluetooth devices, please disconnect them and connect the Bamboo Ink again an test the connection for a while. Since the issue is intermittent, it can be due to interference.

Hi! I was having the same issue withe my pen and was wondering if you ever found a solution? I would love to know as we are both almost in the same exact predicament. The pen works and I can use it for a while, but every so often it just stops registering on the touch screen of the laptop. I've tried every other solution given to me and nothing has seemed to help or fix the problem.
