Wacom One keeps disconnecting and reconnecting Windows 11
Hi All,
I own Wacom One for about a year. It was working flawlessly. Since mid of February I'm experiencing strange behavior from my set. After connecting Wacom One to my laptop system recognizes the tablet and after 2-5 seconds disconnects and connects again. And the procedure starts again all in loop.
What I already did:
- remove USB driver to be sure that latest is installed
-change power management for USB ports to avoid disconnecting
-remove tablet and installed again with older drivers.
Nothing helps. I have tried to connect with friends laptop and it's working properly. I have also tried with different profile on Windows and it did work good for a week, then this strange behavior appeared.
Please help. Do You have any Idea what can be the reason for this issue?

Hi,
From what you describe, cable and the Wacom One are fine. It sounds a bit more like an issue with the USB ports in your computer. Aside from what you already did (reinstalling the USB driver, and checking the power settings) I would recommend contacting the laptop manufacturer.

Hi,
well, I have checked all USB ports with other devices and there was no response like that. So I don't it's the laptop. Something is not correct in communication between Wacom One and PC. When I removed all drivers for USB and soft for Wacom and then reinstall it back together it was working fine for 2 days. After that same behavior as mentioned before. Maybe it's because of Clip Studio I use, maybe the cable otr maybe there is another soft in my system that creates this issue. In my opinion, it's not PC itself.

I have this exact problem now, purchased my Wacom One a year ago and it's the second time I'm experiencing it. Changing USB port - changing cable doesn't work. Working in Photoshop on Mac Os Ventura 13.0.1. Majka Muszynska did you get a solution?

The original issue was reported on Windows and you are using MacOS. It is unlikely that this is the same exact issue.
