    Hi, 

    From what you describe, cable and the Wacom One are fine. It sounds a bit more like an issue with the USB ports in your computer. Aside from what you already did (reinstalling the USB driver, and checking the power settings) I would recommend contacting the laptop manufacturer.

    Hi,

    well, I have checked all USB ports with other devices and there was no response like that. So I don't it's the laptop. Something is not correct in communication between Wacom One and PC. When I removed all drivers for USB and soft for Wacom and then reinstall it back together it was working fine for 2 days. After that same behavior as mentioned before. Maybe it's because of  Clip Studio I use, maybe the cable otr maybe there is another soft in my system that creates this issue. In my opinion, it's not PC itself.

    I have this exact problem now, purchased my Wacom One a year ago and it's the second time I'm experiencing it. Changing USB port - changing cable doesn't work. Working in Photoshop on Mac Os Ventura 13.0.1. Majka Muszynska did you get a solution?

    The original issue was reported on Windows and you are using MacOS. It is unlikely that this is the same exact issue.
