Distorted screen

I'm having a problem with my Cintiq Pro 13 screen being distorted. When I draw a circle I get an oval shape. Plus, you can definitely see the distortion in the images that display on the screen. How do I fix this? I have Windows 11 on my main computer.

  Hi Tanya, 

  That sounds like you are either mapping your Cintiq Pro Pen input to 2 or more displays, or that you have a calibration issue. 

  What operating system are you using and which Wacom Driver version? Please install the latest one if you haven't already: https://www.wacom.com/en-de/support/product-support/drivers 

  Few quick steps that may already solve the issue:

  • Reset your preferences https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006265721-How-to-delete-Wacom-User-Preferences- 
  • Unplug all external displays and plug only the Cintiq Pro
