    Hi,

What device are you using? And which operating system and Wacom driver?

    Hi João,

    I'm using a Intuos PTH-660P,  MacOS Ventura 13.2.1.

    Thanks!

Possibly related is that even with touch switch turned off, I'm seeing that the Touch Ring causes my Painter 2023 image to zoom in when I'm trying to decrease brush size and vice-versa.  I have the Touch Ring set just to control brush size.  There are no settings for Touch Ring to zoom or scroll.

I'm using PTH-660 with Windows 11 with Wacom driver 6.4.0-11 because the newest driver causes Painter 2023 to shut down frequently.

Re Alex's comment above, I do not see anywhere that you can disable all touch on the Tablet Properties panel, which is what is displayed if you select Touch settings in Wacom Center.  Am I missing something?

I can't find "disable" command in my settings.

    Hi Odon,

I have created a support ticket so one of our colleagues can follow up with you.

Just to clarify, it is no possible to disable Touch input through the Driver settings for the Intuos Pro since there is a physical switch.

No chance there was a fix for this. I've been having this issue the last year or so on a Cintiq Pro 16 (DTH 1620/ak2-C currently Driver 6.4.4-3

you press the touch button on the device. Comes up "Touch off" on the screen. but touch keeps working as normal. Sometimes if i reset the driver it works, other times that just turns off pressure feedback.

Used to only do it in corel painter, but now it does it in all programs.
Its a good day when you can turn touch off, its a horrible day when you cant. Especially some programs for whatever reason, take touch feedback as undo, and if you touch the screen after drawing, it undo's your last brush stroke. (and yes i have turned undo off for all buttons on pen, all touch gestures, all programs, and it still does it)

    Hi Dylan Fowler,

That should not happen. Either there is an issue with the touch input on your Cintiq Pro, or and issue with the driver. Please collect some logs and reach out to your regional support team:

This is absurd there needs to be a software solution since the hardware fails

yea, it's definitely not fixed. I'm not usually one to complain, but it's really getting on my nerves when I'm sculpting.

    Hi Justin Bradley

As I told the other users, please collect some logs and reach out to your regional support team:

This is not a general issue - only very few users such as yourself have reported this. We need your help to identify what the issue is.

Having the same problem. It's painful when using Elementor, keeps trying to adjust my cell setting when all I'm doing is moving my pen around the Stylus pad to another location on the desktop.
