Please wait while we talk to displays...WACOM article did not help
I have dual monitors, an LG 32 HDR 4K and a Cintiq 27QHDT. My operating system for my Mac is OS-X 13 Ventura. I just uploaded the 6.4.2-1 Driver.
I want to adjust my Brightness and Color in WACOM Settings, but I am unable to access it, and I get the "Please wait while we talk to your displays...message, which times-out not allowing me access. I followed the WACOM posted instructions by going through System Preferences (now called "Settings" in Ventura)/Displays, but there is no True Tone nor Auto Brightness features to turn off in Ventura. Also, per the article, there is no Security Preference/Accessibility.
I performed the "Driver" update 6.4.2-1 as previously mentioned, and I still get the "Please wait..." message and still cannot access Display settings.
I also tried calibrating the both monitors with the DataColor SpyderX2 Ultra, but it does not seem to work on the Cintiq.
I would appreciate any expert advise on these issues.

Hi David,
How is the Cintiq connected to the Mac?
The system should be able to communicate with the display through the display connection (HDMI or DisplayPort) but there should also be a USB fallback in case that doesn't work.
I would recommend disconnecting the LG monitors and trying to connect the Cintiq directly to the Mac (if not already directly connected), rebooting and trying to open the settings again.
If that doesn't work, please gather some logs with the instructions below, and let the support team know.
I see you also opened a support ticket (#1575485) so you can just reply to the automatic message with the files.
