Pen or program suddenly forgets pressure
I just today got my new Wacom Intuos Medium BT. I installed the driver, reset everything, changed any setting I could think of, and every few brush strokes, it's like something forgot what pen pressure was- there is none. Then it goes back to normal for a few strokes. I even updated my graphics driver, everything. I wish I could attach a picture. It's like I am sketching something with super clean lines and then there's a random super thick blobby line...then back to normal. It's making it impossible to draw.

Thank you for reaching out to us. What computer, operating system, how is the tablet connect (bluetooth or usb), and what drawing application are you using?

I’m using Windows 10. I have it connected via USB. I have tried Corel Painer E and Painter 2023 and photoshop. I have a gaming computer, same one I had with my last tablet and it was fine.

How strokes behave with pressure heavily relies on the software you are using. However, if you think you have found a bug, please check our article here: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/10010268158103-I-want-to-report-a-driver-bug-How-do-I-collect-Wacom-driver-logs-

So I found the solution. A friend and I found out that Wacom software does NOT work well if you have the app RGB fusion installed. It was old software for my previous graphics card that is well known for being awful. Once I uninstalled RGB Fusion, the Tablet worked wonderfully. Something about the two being installed together on a pc causes interference. Just please let other users be aware of this.
