One by Wacom won't connect

I am using a Mac Monterey 12.5.1. I tried to install the WacomTablet_6.4.2-4 driver but it says security settings prevented Wacom System Software from loading. I opened up System Preferences>Security and Privacy>Privacy. There is nothing on the privacy section to enable accessibility.

  In that case, you need to add the items manually as stated in Step 4 here: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407257968663-Is-there-a-driver-for-macOS-12-Monterey-
