wacom center - offers not opening

Hello, i bought an wacom intuos s bluetooh.

Already did the installation of wacom center, but when i go the button to redeem the offers it opens https://www.wacom.com/pt-br/wacom-center/sign-in?returnUrl=/pt-br/wacom-center/offers and this is a blank page!
