CTL-4100WL and Sonoma
I have a CTL-4100WL with a M1 MacBook Pro in Sonoma 14.0. Sometimes the Mac drops the connection to the tablet. Is there something I can do to keep the Wacom connected and working? The driver is 6.4.4. I have plugged the tablet into a USB port.

Hi William Gorry,
Does the connection recover by itself or do you need to take any steps?
Are there any error messages?

Hi Joao - I searched this site. I should have done that, but I didn't know it could be fixed.
There's an instruction that told me to make a change in settings on Safari. it's under Privacy. I removed WACOM from the list and my tablet has connected. It worked out. Thank you for helping.

Hi Andrew Herring,
William was probably talking about this: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/10787792823319
However, these steps are mostly for the registration of the device and the Wacom ID features.
The general privacy settings for Mac are listed here: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/17629089706391-Is-there-a-driver-for-macOS-14-Sonoma-

Hi João
Thanks for the link and yes I already found the from Google. The slightly annoying thing is they talk about Sonoma but the video is for macOS 13. I will keep trying to solve the problem.

Hi Andrew Herring,
Yes, the video is for Ventura, but the steps are the same. Sonoma has only been out for some weeks and we have not made a new video yet as not that much has changed.
