Cintiq Pro 16 Constant disconnect and pen issues (possibly driver issue)
Hi! I have a Cintiq Pro 16 and a Windows PC, which have been working fine for most of it's run (about 5 years?). However, in the past year, it's been having a lot of issues that I can't seem to pinpoint.
A lot of disconnecting and reconnecting issues ("Wacom device not found errors" even when plugged in.
There is also fluctuating pen pressure (Wacom pen troubleshooting reads as working, however, Storyboard Pro does not seem to recognize the pen pressure and I have already trouble-shot with them as well, to no avail.
I have already unplugged, restarted, replugged all wires multiple times, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Wacom drivers multiple times as well.
I'm at the end of my rope and would really appreciate some help. Thank you so much!

I'm having the same issue on my Mac. Keeps "disconnecting". Reinstalled the driver and it seems to help but happening again.

Hi James Barry,
When the disconnect happens, what is the message in the Wacom Center?
If it just states there is no device connected, then there is probably an actual connection issue and this will not be a problem with the driver most likely. Please check the cables and try a different adapter if possible. If you are using Bluetooth, then try the steps here: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006335342-How-to-optimize-Bluetooth-performance-with-Wacom-Tablets
If you get an error message on the Wacom Center, please try the steps here: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/8811680835223-I-m-getting-an-error-message-from-the-Wacom-Driver-what-can-I-do
