Intuos Pro M PTH-651 not being detected. USB not being detected?
It's been a little while since I last used my tablet, and when I tried to use it today the "no wacom device detected" message would come up. Normally, when I plug it in, the light comes on to show it's been connected. After no light came on, I looked to see if it would work in other USB ports, with no luck. I tried other cords that would work, and still no luck. I downloaded the driver from the Wacom website to see if that would fix anything, as well as looked through the device manager to see if I could update the driver from there. I have been looking through multiple "solutions" to try and fix the issue, the problem that I'm encountering is that any drivers it wants me to update, restart, etc, aren't showing up at all in the first place. I can't tell if it's my computer that is the issue, or if something has happened since the last time I used my tablet that would render it unusable. I'd appreciate any help! Hopefully, I don't have to buy a new system. The last time I used it, it worked great.

I'm having the exact same problem. It seems the place where the cord plugs into my tablet just doesn't work anymore? I bought a seprate charger and charged the battery to try and use it wirelessly, but that doesn't work either. This sucks :(

Hi Ulijay B,
From what you describe, it does sound like a hardware issue so you would need to contact the support team to check what the repair options are.
