Pen shows up on my Macbook Pro, not Cintiq screen
Just recently, after years of successfully working with this set up, the pen is now displaying on my laptop screen, not on the Cintiq Pro 13. I'm on the latest driver update and on Sonoma 14.2.1. When I try to calibrate, the bulls-eyes appear on the laptop. I'm choosing the Cintiq under "monitors" for calibration.
The only thing that temporarily fixes this is to go to Display Settings/Advanced/Factory Reset.
This is affecting my business. Can anyone help?

Hi Bruce Van Patter,
Could you please clarify:
- How is the Cintiq Pro connected to the Mac? Did you already try with a different cable?
- What is your Mac's chip architecture (Intel, M1, M2 or M3)?
- Which display is set to the Main display in the Mac OS settings? What happens if you change these settings?
Could you please collect some logs and contact the support team so we can take a closer look?

The Cintiq is connected to the Macbook Pro using the USB-C connector that came with the Cintiq.
The chip is Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB.
For a while now, I've had to change the Main display to the Cintiq in order to work in Photoshop. If I don't, all the dialogue boxes (like choosing a color) pop up on the laptop. But in this problem, it doesn't matter which screen is the Main. The calibration shows up on the laptop in both modes.
I've turned on the driver logs, so I'll have to wait for it to happen again.
Thanks for your quick response! Much appreciated!!

Has this issue been fixed? I bought a new macbook and having this issue where the pen is hovering over the cintiq, but the cursor shows up on the macbook.
M3max, sonoma 14.6, latest wacom driver
I've been having to use the cintiq as a mirrored display

Hi Sally Choi,
There are a few reasons this could happen.
First, make sure the assigned display is the correct one in the Cintiq Advanced Settings panel in Wacom Center
If this still happens, use the Display Toggle function to get the cursor to control the correct display.0
